Protein Milkyccino vs. Protein Iced Coffee

Both are cold shakes with protein and caffeine, but they solve different problems. Protein Iced Coffee is built on soluble coffee extract and tastes like iced coffee. Protein Milkyccino gets its caffeine as pure caffeine, so it tastes like a milkshake — which is why chocolate, mango and strawberry work here and would be odd in a coffee. Preparation, caffeine and protein content

Shake 25 g of powder (about one scoop) with 300 ml of cold milk or unsweetened plant drink. Do not use hot water — the protein curdles. Per serving: up to 20 g of protein, around 80 mg of caffeine (roughly a cappuccino), about 1.7 g of sugar and around 94 kcal from the powder. Each tin holds 500 g, about 20 servings. Because of the caffeine it is not recommended for children or for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
